Stacy and Anna

A couple’s highly contested bid goes through thanks to their realtor’s positive relationship with the selling agent.

Stacy and Anna came to me looking for a home in Medford, Woburn, Stoneham, Melrose or surrounding areas. We looked at several dozen houses and made six offers.

The house they ended up buying had 10 offers on it. It came down to Stacy and Anna’s offer and another very similar offer. 

I happened to know the broker very well as we've had transactions in the past. Because of the relationship that I had with the listing agent our buyer’s offer was the one that was accepted!
